Located in the heart of Corralejo 2 minutes to the high street and local beaches this family home is conveniently positioned. Access is through a gated entrance with pedestrian walkway that leads you to the front door. Downstairs is the main lounge with window to the pedestrian walkway providing lots of light and ventilation. To the rear of the lounge / TV room is a guest bedroom with window to the rear patio and a separate fully equipped kitchen which leads through the downstairs shower room to the Canarian patio. This outdoor space has been covered with opaque pvc to provide privacy and plenty of Natural light for additional storage and use as a utility / laundry area - it could be used as an outdoor dinning area for entertaining and BBQs. Internal stairs lead up to a landing with shower room, a smaller guest bedroom both with windows overlooking the patio and to the front side a master bedroom with wardrobe and glass terrace doors leading out to the balcony that looks over the pedestrian walkway which makes it quieter than other positions that look out to the street. Corralejo is a town on the northeast coast of Fuerteventura, one of the Canary Islands of Spain. It's known for Corralejo Natural Park, featuring windy, dune-backed beaches like Playa del Moro. The park is home to endangered wildlife and Montaña Roja, a volcano with panoramic views. The town, a former fishing village, is dotted with eateries and bars. Nearby Lobos Island is a nature preserve with rare birds.
